HOW DO I ORDER PRODUCTS?

You can order available products on the chalk vs cheese website via the product order form. It is a button located in the footer of the website. Fill in all details listed in the pop up window & hit order once completed.

HOW & WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once order forms are submitted, an invoice will be sent out within 24 hours of receival. If payment is settled promptly order is typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Invoice will reflect bank details as well as other types of payment accepted.

For Australian customers, all prices will be listed in Australian Dollars & orders will be processed in the same currency & subject to 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).

WHAT DOMESTIC CARRIER DO YOU USE & HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Invoice will detail the cost of delivery based on the address listed in the order form you filled out.

Delivery cost is dictated by weight & size of the total product(s) you’ve ordered ie. $15 standard shipping applies to smaller sized items & have a total order weight up to 0.5kg, $25 standard shipping applies to larger sized items & have a total order weight up to 2kg.

We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping.

Shipping times vary & we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date so we recommend you allow time for your order to reach you.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Please get in contact prior to ordering to discuss delivery options to your preferred destination.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

At this stage, we do not offer pick up of any of our products.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

chalk vs cheese wants you to feel completely satisfied with the purchases you have made with us. If the item is not what you expected – missing an item or contains a damaged product – it can be returned for an exchange, refund or credit.

 

Please note that an item will only be accepted for return under the following conditions:

• The item is unused in its original packaging

• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return

• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date

 

Please note that all conditions must be adhered to in regard to returns and exchanges & that exchanges will not be accepted if you fail to meet these requirements.

We always inspect our goods to ensure our highest quality standards are met. A major element of our kits is made from natural products such as wood so any variations or marks naturally occurring in this material is intended. If, however, you receive faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly pay the postage costs for a replacement.
